- You to maintain a physical address in Charles County, Maryland, at a confirmed corporate location, home to on-site business owners
- MakerSpace Offices to announce of all received documents to attention about your business on a daily basis, including: any package (10lbs or less), official mail, court notices, or documents to the business owner or managing member via text with photo of the received mail.
